Guard

Take an attack head on.

To make a Guard Action, roll 1d20 + your END Mod + your Armor and Shield Bonuses. If the result is higher than your opponent's Attack roll, you successfully negate the Attack. 

On a Successful Guard roll, a character may choose to stand their ground and resist being Repositioned.


Armor, shields, and Items used to Guard are susceptible to taking damage. A successful Guard Skill Check only means said barrier was placed in way of the attack in time to absorb it, if that damage then destroys the item, and remaining damage continues on to damage the character.
